Mixing
Mix thoroughly for 1-3 minutes. Prior to use, mechanically shake or mix with a drill powered paint mixer.
Application
Prior to applying ECOBOND® OdorDefender® it is important that the substrate be thoroughly cleaned and dry. ECOBOND® OdorDefender® has superior adhesion on most properly prepared substrates. Apply when air and surface temperatures are between 50°-90° F and 10% to 60% relative humidity. Use a high quality 3/8-3/4” nap roller cover, nylon/polyester brush, or an airless sprayer (recommended tip size: .017-.021). Standard application is 1 – 2 coats at 6 wet mils each. For stronger odors another coat may be applied. Allow paint to dry to the touch prior to applying each coat.

- Roller: High quality 1/2” – 3/4” nap
- Brush: Nylon/Polyester blend
Coverage Rate
300-400 sf/gl depending on surface texture, porosity and application method. Note: Recommended film thickness for single coat is 4-6 mil wet for typical application. Additional layers may be required for stronger odors/fumes.
Drying Times (@70-77°F, 50% RH)
Clean-up
Wash hands and tools with water. Clean up spills immediately with water.
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures between 50°F (4.5°C) and 90°F (32°C).
Disposal
Dispose of all waste in accordance too local, state and federal regulations.
